Empire Farm Labor Contractor LLC stands behind the quality of what we offer. This policy describes your rights and the procedures for returning products and obtaining refunds. Placing an order signifies that you have reviewed and agreed to these conditions.
Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the day your order is delivered. Once this window has closed, we are regrettably unable to accept the return or grant a refund.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Following receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required before the funds appear.
The buyer bears the expense of return shipping, except where the return arises from our mistake, such as a wrong or faulty item. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.
If the product you receive is defective or is not what you ordered, notify us within 72 hours of delivery, including clear photographs. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
